Delivery Information

We aim to hold stock of all the materials we require to finish all artwork on the site but on some occasions, supplies run low and there is a slight delay.  If this is the case we’ll keep you updated.  Your order will be delivered straight to your door by one of our nominated couriers within days of placing your order.

We offer delivery on all orders to mainland UK postcodes with the exceptions of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, all Scottish Islands, highlands and North of Falkirk. 

At Checkout you’re able to include any special delivery requirement.  Please include anything you feel we might need to know in the box (delay the delivery as you’re going to be away etc).   After placing your order you’ll receive an automated email with the acknowledgement and confirmation of the order.  Please check this for any discrepancies and let us know if there are any.  There’ll be no need to wait in for your order as we won’t need a signature!

Returns & Refunds

As an online retailer we are governed by the UK Distance Selling Regulations.  If you have any issues with the order you receive, please contact Sam on with the details of the issue.


Exchanges And Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with any of the items in your order or any part of the service from North of Chelsea please contact us by emailing us on  Please include your order number in the subject of the email.  

If your parcel has been damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible within 72 hours or receipt of the parcel. Please take a picture of the damaged box and / or item and send it to us.

If your parcel has been delivered intact, but is missing one of the products you ordered, please take a picture of the box contents immediately and send it to us. Different product will come out via different couriers so you may receive more than one delivery for an order of multiple products.

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible within 3 days of receipt of the parcel. You will be offered a refund (processed as soon as we have collected the item) or replacement for the item.  If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item that you ordered, we shall send you the correct one as soon as possible.

If you notify us of a problem outside of the above terms, then North of Chelsea will not be liable for any replacement or refund, and any compensation offered will be done at our discretion.

Who are you?

We’re a new company but the team have decades of experience supplying home interior products to the UK public, Department Stores and the Design Trade. We’re online only for now.

We print onto 230gsm Archival Matt Paper with the exception of the photography.  The mount boards are recycled paper too.  Wood frames are FSC certified and the poly moulding is 80% recycled.

There is no minimum spend (and no maximum). Small, Medium and Large charges are applied depending on the size of the item.  Delivery is free on orders over £250!

No, you can make a one-off purchase, order at a time to suit you or you can subscribe and be informed of new product arrivals and special offers.

We deliver throughout mainland UK either with our own transport or by courier.

We deliver 6 days per week with an additional charge for Saturday deliveries.

We take payment immediately and then place your order with our workshop.

We always make contact either by email or if you prefer telephone to arrange a convenient delivery day. 

Your order will be delivered straight to your door by our nominated national courier service.

We will also contact you the morning of delivery with a 2 hour time slot, we can also leave goods in a safe place for you if you are not home.

We take all major credit and debit card payments.

A fast checkout is provided for by ApplePay.

You can also contact us if you wish to pay by bank transfer.

We place your order with our workshop immediately and aim to dispatch within a few days.  At busy times this may take slightly longer.


We have the capacity to manufacture variations of what we list online.  Special orders may incur a surcharge and this will be discussed with you.
